At HiBREW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience. If your brewing equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
